Learning and Enablement

I design learning systems that scale organizational capability. Success is measured by sustained behavior change, not training completion.

Impact at a Glance

  • 9% conversion

to sustained independent practice across a 6-month enterprise rollout

  • 1,100+ associates reached

hrough open-enrollment programming without adding headcount

  • NPS 70.9 and 94% learning satisfaction

across a 6-course curriculum built from scratch

Most training programs are built to be delivered. Mine are built to outlast the program that launched them.

At Sam's Club I designed a 6-course curriculum from scratch, instrumented an engagement funnel tracking awareness through sustained practice, and embedded the program into new hire onboarding without a leadership directive. The program expanded to Walmart Global Tech because the results earned it, not because someone mandated it.

At Glantz I built internal capability programs that expanded studio services by 250% and developed two team members into senior leadership roles. At AIGA Chicago I restructured a mentorship program into themed learning tracks, doubling cohort capacity with under 3% attrition across six cohorts.

I also design and build learning experiences directly, from facilitation guides and workshop kits to structured course content and digital learning modules.

The thread across all of it: reduce dependency on the facilitator, prove ROI through behavior change data, and build systems the organization owns after you leave.
